An open x402 v2 facilitator on Arc at x402.arclight.finance: scheme exact, USDC over EIP-3009. No API key, no deposit, no fee, and Arclight pays the gas. Live demo and agent guide on /x402.

A NEAR account can pay an Arc seller through NEAR Chain Signatures: the MPC network signs for a derived Arc address that no private key corresponds to. Proven on Arc mainnet. Derive your own address on /x402.

On 2026-10-13 the builder mint fee rose from 15 bps to 100 bps (1%), the hard cap in the contract. It is still the only fee: charged once at mint, nothing on collect or close.

The facilitator now bills sellers in credits: one credit is $0.001, and a settle costs its measured gas plus 30%. Each receiving wallet gets 1,000 free credits, then prepaid credits on an API key, bought in USDC over x402 itself at /credits/buy (minimum $1, non-refundable). No signup. Staked ARCLIGHT sellers still settle their daily allowance free. Rates on /pricing, balances on /credits.

Rebalance (close + rebuild around new spot), out-of-range alerts, status page, Slipstream. Funding a position from any chain through NEAR Intents is under consideration, not started.
